How long can an event run in WORLDSPACE?

An event can be live for any period, an hour or for ever. If your WORLDSPACE event is manned by staff, once your live event is over you can arrange for the WORLDSPACE to remain online but unmanned.

Can our WORLDSPACE have visitor registration /log?

Absolutely! We can arrange registration and login, with visitor details being stored in a secure database. Virtual footfall and registration details can be tracked and monitored through an in-built analytics service.

Who handles the 3D design?

We can design inhouse or collaborate with the clients’ internal design agencies to design and produce interiors.

Do I have to use one specific video conferencing application?

No, WORLDSPACE can integrate with your preferred video conferencing platform. Because WORLDSPACE has been built from the ground up, there is no reliance on set, embedded third party technologies.

What’s the lead time on a virtual event?

Generally 6 to 8 weeks, but this can vary and also depends on uptake of bespoke features.
